NOTE: All sales are final on close-out product. Returns and/or refunds will not be accepted. Exchanges will be allowed for sizing issues only. This is in addition to the return and exchange policies listed below. I.E. shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Shipping and Delay.

Spira® Footwear will deliver goods to customers free of charge using UPS Ground service after payment acceptance and approval by Spira® Footwear. Shipments are subject to the standard limitations on loss or liability imposed by the carrier. Any Delivery dates specified in an order acknowledgment are estimates only and time is not of the essence.

Returns Due to Mis-Shipment

If Spira® Footwear determines that it erred on the quantity, style, or other aspect regarding the initial shipment of goods, the product shipped qualifies for an exchange or return. Should this occur, contact Spira immediately via phone (866-838-8640) or email (StoreCS@spira.com) and Spira® Footwear will authorize the return of goods. A UPS return label will be provided upon request made within thirty (30) days of customer’s receipt of the merchandise shipped in error. Upon receipt of the goods marked with the applicable UPS return label, Spira® Footwear will replace the product with the correct style and size of the ordered product or will refund the customer’s original credit card with the price initially charged, at the sole discretion of Spira® Footwear, Inc.

Exchanges/Returns

Exchanges and/or Returns will be accepted as long as the shoes are unworn and undamaged. Should the shoes be returned to Spira in unsaleable condition due to marked up outsoles, creases in the upper materials, dirty, etc. The exchange or return will not be accepted and the shoes will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. This return freight will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

Footwear must be returned with all original packaging just, as they were received, or the customer will be subject to a $10.00 re-packaging fee. This includes items like torn tissue paper, missing shoe stuffing, hangtag(s), or damaged/marked shoebox(es), etc. Shoes must be returned in the original shipping carton or similar. In no event should shoes be shipped back in only the Spira Footwear shoebox. In the event of an exchange, this fee will be charged to the customer’s credit card. In the event of a full refund, this fee will be deducted from the total refund credit given to the customer.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange and/or return.

WARRANTY

SPIRA® FOOTWEAR WARRANTS THAT UPON DELIVERY, THE GOODS WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER PROPER AND NORMAL USE. GOODS SHALL BE CONSIDERED “DEFECTIVE” IF THE DEFECT MATERIALLY IMPAIRS THE VALUE OF THE GOODS FOR THEIR INTENDED USE. SPIRA® FOOTWEAR FURTHER WARRANTS THAT ALL GOODS AND SERVICES WILL BE PRODUCED AND FURNISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT OF 1938, AS AMENDED.

Remedies for Defective Goods.

In accordance with the terms of the limited warranty stated above (“Warranty”), Spira® Footwear will replace any defective goods, provided that written notice of the defect is received by Spira® Footwear within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase. If notice is not given within such period, any claim for breach of warranty shall be conclusively deemed to have been waived and Spira® Footwear shall not be liable under this Warranty.
