Spira Inc. headquartered in California. We fulfill orders from our warehouse in Los Angeles. We now offer WorldWide service through Global Shopex, an authorized 3rd party specializing in selling from the USA to more than 200 countries! Select "International Checkout" from the shopping cart to complete your order through their system.

We offer Free UPS Ground shipping to the 48 Contiguous U.S. States. We charge a nominal shipping fee to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO customers. International orders are placed and fulfilled through Global Shopex, an authorized 3rd party seller.

Due to a rise in delivery issues, we are not shipping to PO Boxes. Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be cancelled. 

Shipping time for standard orders shipped via UPS Ground or UPS SurePost will vary based on your location. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or by viewing order status in your account.

Eligible orders can be upgraded for expedited delivery. The eligible upgraded service levels and fees will vary by ship-to location. These options will be shown for selection during the "Select Shipping Service" part of the checkout process.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note on Free Ground Shipping orders; it can take up to two full business days from the time you place your order online for it to be processed and ship from our warehouse. For expedited orders, your order must be placed before 9am PST to guarantee same day shipping. Expedited orders received after 9am PST may ship the following day. Please allow 7-10 business days from shipment for ground delivery. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.
